Our Microplastic-Conscious selection is guided by documented materials, intended use, and honest product-level details. It does not promise a completely plastic-free life.

Liuyang Xiabu and ramie

Liuyang Xiabu is a traditional ramie textile connected to the founder’s hometown. Future Xiabu pieces will be described individually, including known linings, trims, coatings, and other components.

Natural fibres

Cotton, linen, ramie, silk, wool, and other natural fibres can reduce reliance on synthetic fibres, but composition and construction vary by product.

Leather and mixed materials

Leather goods may still contain synthetic linings, coatings, threads, soles, or adhesives. These components are disclosed when known.

Glass, ceramic, metal, and wood

For food-contact and household products, we review the primary contact material and supporting components rather than relying on a single marketing label.

Verified filtration

Filtration products appear in Verified Filtration only when relevant technical specifications or supporting evidence can be documented. General chlorine, sediment, or odour filtration is not presented as proof of microplastic removal.
